The puppy you are purchasing on __________________________ from Fred Prien(Rock Solid Gun Dogs) is guaranteed to be free from genetic defect of the hips and eyes until the age of 28 months.
If your dog is diagnosed with hip displasia by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (O.F.A.), or diagnosed with an eye problem that can only be hereditary as determined by the Canine Eye Registration Foundation (C.E.R.F.), we will replace your dog with a puppy from a comparable breeding at the earliest possible date. We will require all documentation from O.F.A. or C.E.R.F., and written verification from a veterinarian that your dog has been spayed or neutered. The dog must be registered with the prefix “Rock Solid” with AKC and not transferred to any other owner.
O.F.A. will be the sole judge of the health of your dog’s hips, and C.E.R.F. will be the sole judge of the health of your dog’s eyes. Your dog should have its hips checked at 24 months of age, and its eyes examined by the time it’s one year old.
Dogs with problems found after turning 28 months old are not covered under this guarantee. If the dog has been used to sire or whelp a litter before being examined, the guarantee is void. This guarantee is valid only to the original purchaser of the dog
